Kenz Holmes is a certified TRX and strength coach joining the team at Town Center Pilates. Her movement journey began at the age of three when she fell in love with dance and she has been exploring new ways to move ever since. A self-proclaimed fitness explorer, Kenz loves trying a variety of movement modalities and believes that diverse training is the key to building strength, confidence, and having fun. When she is not at TCP, you will find her spending time with friends and family, dancing, or planning her next adventure.

Katie Mills-Yatsko is an interdisciplinary artist, movement facilitator, and mama teaching across modalities. With a focus on finding the connections between moving, making, and mothering, Katie's work is rooted by both creativity and care. Her teaching style can be described as centered, compassionate, and present. Katie is a recent Peak Pilates Level 1 Comprehensive Certification graduate and has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. With her background in dance and somatic practices, Katie is committed to helping all kinds of people connect with themselves and others through the power of movement.

Elizabeth started her Pilates journey 25 years ago in London while exploring ways to get in shape after the birth of her second daughter. Elizabeth is a comprehensively certified Level 3 Peak Pilates instructor and an advanced certified Pilates Body Center instructor.

Lucy Solinsky, better known as Lucy Goosi, has been teaching dance, barre, and most recently Pilates in the Exton area for over 20 years. Her favorite thing about teaching movement is helping people connect with their bodies and find the fun in fitness. When she is not teaching, you will probably find her walking one of her three dogs or being very mediocre at skateboarding.
